Principle 1 — Notice:

When we need information that personally identifies you ("personal information") we explicitly ask you for it. Personal information may include information on how to contact you, shipping instructions, a description of the item(s) to be shipped. We treat all such information according to these privacy principles.

In some cases, we may receive personal information about you from the retailer, carrier, vendor, or other business partner that arranges with us to facilitate a delivery for you. We treat this information under the same privacy principles as the information we receive from you directly.

We may also use cookies in order to make the use of our Web site more convenient for you. Cookies are small text files that a Web site can send to a user's Web browser. Cookies allow a Web site to recognize a user and make it easier and faster for the user to navigate the site. We do not use cookies to collect information about you or monitor your activities on the Internet. You can set your browser not to accept cookies, but doing so may affect your ability to use certain functions of this and other Web sites.

Principle 2 — Consent:

Users of our Web site can choose whether or not to disclose certain information depending upon the services requested or functions to be used. For example, visitors can browse some areas of our Web site without providing any personal information and can set their browsers to accept or reject cookies. Those who wish to make further inquiries regarding our services or opportunities with us, get a quote, place an order, or track an order must provide additional information.

We treat all of the individually identifiable information provided to us by customers and business partners with whom we have separate written agreements as "personal information" in accordance with these privacy principles and with the specific provisions of those agreements.

As part of our services, we may occasionally contact you with information about your order or account, our products, or the services we provide. You may elect to receive or not to receive certain information and e-mails from us. Except as mentioned above, we will not send you unsolicited commercial offers or advertisements from others, including e-mail. Any link provided on this Web site to another Web site is not intended as an endorsement of the linked site or an assurance that the linked site maintains the same privacy policies as we do. We do not take any responsibility for the privacy policies of any sites linked to ours.

Principle 3 — Access:

For your safety and convenience, we maintain the personal information that we collect and retain in secure databases that are accessible only by having the authorized passwords and log-in scripts. If the personal information we have on file is incorrect or no longer accurate, or you no longer desire to use our services, you can request that we update our files or remove personal information about you.

 Principle 4 — Security:

We treat the personal information we collect as private information that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access with commercially reasonable precautions both online and off-line. Furthermore, it is our policy not to sell personal information to third parties.

Again, customers and business partners must provide their User ID and Password and order tracking number (where applicable) in order to access information specific to our customers' accounts, order status and requests for services. If customers are asked to provide sensitive information, that information is encrypted with up-to-date technology. We also employ information security techniques to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access. Access to any of our Web site components are protected by tightly administered Windows servers with the latest security patches regularly applied. The servers are further shielded by one of the most secure firewall products available. All information that is exchanged between users and the server are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption and a Verisign server certificate that provides extra reliability and security. Finally, all passwords are stored in an internal database behind the firewall and encrypted before being stored.

We do need to share personal information with third parties such as retailers, shippers, carriers, subcontractors and other vendors that assist us in facilitating servicing our customers or processing information. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that all of these third parties implement procedures to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information in accordance with these principles and do not use the information for purposes other than in connection with servicing our customers.

Access to personal information by our employees or business partners is strictly limited to those who have a legitimate business need for that information to fulfill our customers' orders. Employees and business partners that require access to personal information to perform a specific task must enter a valid password and are prohibited from sharing information with unauthorized personnel. Furthermore, we educate all of our employees and business partners having access to personal information on our privacy and security policies and procedures. Finally, the servers on which we store personal information are kept in a secure environment in order to prevent damage or unauthorized access.

We may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the requirements of applicable laws, rules, regulations or rulings, or comply with legal process served on us; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our employees, customers, or the public.

Principle 5 — Enforcement:
