Again, customers and business partners must provide their User ID and Password and order tracking number (where applicable) in order to access information specific to our customers' accounts, order status and requests for services. If customers are asked to provide sensitive information, that information is encrypted with up-to-date technology. We also employ information security techniques to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access. Access to any of our Web site components are protected by tightly administered Windows servers with the latest security patches regularly applied. The servers are further shielded by one of the most secure firewall products available. All information that is exchanged between users and the server are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption and a Verisign server certificate that provides extra reliability and security. Finally, all passwords are stored in an internal database behind the firewall and encrypted before being stored.

We do need to share personal information with third parties such as retailers, shippers, carriers, subcontractors and other vendors that assist us in facilitating servicing our customers or processing information. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that all of these third parties implement procedures to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information in accordance with these principles and do not use the information for purposes other than in connection with servicing our customers.

Access to personal information by our employees or business partners is strictly limited to those who have a legitimate business need for that information to fulfill our customers' orders. Employees and business partners that require access to personal information to perform a specific task must enter a valid password and are prohibited from sharing information with unauthorized personnel.
